Tracy's inspiration for The Toss began after years of homemaking. Being a San Carlos local, she identified the need for customizable salads in town. Transitioning from hospitality sales to eventually realize her dream, Tracy risked it all to establish The Toss in 2016.


Having nurtured her love for food and the restaurant industry since her early days on the Monterey Peninsula working in various eateries, Tracy is dedicated to offering guests a warm and personalized dining experience at The Toss.

His Usual: Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. 2 Groves. One no cheese, walnuts or farro. Both with Achiote Chicken and our white balsamic dressing. And then of course a brownie or cookie which he usually eats before his salad's made.
